Tonight, I found a wonderful site for job seekers. Some of you may already know about it, so feel free to skip this part.
http://www.indeed.com
You can do simple searches on it but also keyword searches, where you could choose words to include and to exclude from your search. You're not limited to a few either. The typing space is huge. Plus, You can add distance and salary, and if you like the types of results that you're getting, you can save it to an e-mail alert. All your searches are performed on a large list of major job sites, so it's not like you're only getting results from indeed.com. This is all without signing up. If you do sign up, you can make a profile and post a resume/cv.

I also found another site but haven't tried it.
http://www.flexjobs.com/
Apparently, they've been featured on CNN (an American television network) among o ther places. They also have the BBB (Better Business Bureau) reliability seal. They specialize in work at home jobs. It costs about $14 a month or $49 a year to join. They not only give you a hand-picked and screened database of trusted employers, but they'll also refund your money if you're not satisfied and they offer tech support should you have any questions or should you need help.

Now that's what their site says. But we all know how tricky these things can be. Still, with all the recognition that they have, especially from the BBB, I'm considering trying them out. Has anyone dealt with them? They appear to be like

Another site with authentic jobs is
http://www.genuinejobs.com
I've included these last two cause I've worked with them, but the kinds of jobs they posted didn't really impress me much. However, I'm sure someone can find something they like there.

Not a problem. I figured if they could help someone, why not?

I'll try all these but to be honest I am sceptical of sites that let you upload a resume.

Just curious, why? I'm not saying I disagree with you. I'm just wondering why you are skeptical of this. Is there something I should know about uploading resumes to a site?

It's just that I've found better results tracking down a company and sending it directly. Often, uploading it to a site means that your resume may be lost in some database.
